Welcome to Droplet®. These Terms of Service govern your purchases and use of our website. Droplet® is a product line of Spearmark Health Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and Eligibility

UK Only: We only accept orders from and deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (Zones A–D). We do not ship internationally.

Online Purchases: We only accept orders placed directly through our e-commerce website. We do not accept orders by phone, email, or written mail.

Order Acceptance: A contract is formed between us only when we dispatch your products.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order (or part of an order) at our discretion. Common reasons include:

Return Conditions: You must return the products to us at your own expense within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original resalable condition.
